Read MoreFor some reasons, the financial aspect of the career of an artist is a topic that isn’t discussed in schools, which can be damaging for Arts students, since most of them are plagued with phenomenal debts and unrealistic vision of the Art industry. Being an artist isn’t only about the technicality of art, it is also about how to sell our art to potential customers. We have to learn the financial reality along with the challenges that comes with it. Lee White is a great teacher and he’s amazing for coming up with such an important topic. I do highly recommend this course for however who is serious about having a career in illustration.

Read MoreI was surprised at the great amount of info Lee presents because of his vast knowledge of working in different disciplines of Illustration. I am trying to get back into a career that I put on hold while raising my kids, so this info is a little more directed at students than someone like me, but my son in college is also going to pursue an illustration career in the entertainment industry so this info was invaluable! For myself, it really helped me to focus on what I actually want to achieve with my career and a realistic view of what I can expect. The industry is continually changing and it is important to know just how everything works. The gallery info was especially eye-opening! We have such a romantic view of illustration but at the end of the day, there is a big difference in making it a career versus a hobby!

I've watched a lot of videos on art but none that has been so full of industry knowledge, helpful time management tips and advice on how to be a professional. I wish I'd known all of this years ago. Thank you Lee White! :)
