Read MoreThis was my first course I chose to do when I just joined SVS. It is comforting to listen to like minded creatives discuss the challenges that come with our unique career structure (working from home, deadlines, time restrictions). I walk away from this having learned that I need to be better and 'powering down' Work Me and transition to Family Me daily so that I am not forced to be split focused and I can hopefully be better at both. And I am going to sit down and better plan out my priorities to help me find not only balance, but harmony as well. This was overall very helpful and like I said comforting to know I am not alone! Oh, and I am always stressed that I never have time to read great books people recommend but now I am aware of Audible so I will check that out too!!
