Learn how to ink by working along with the creator of Inktober, Jake Parker.
It can be difficult to learn how to ink when you are also trying to create the initial drawing too. In this course, Jake Parker inks two different pieces, one a mechanical taco robot, and the other a more organic scene with a rabbit character facing a stone wall.
Print out Jake’s line art and ink along with him. Learn how to ink by focusing on the craft.

Suggested Materials:
The work in this course can be completed with any inking tool and paper, but the tools that Jake uses in this course are:
Pentel Pocket Brush Pen: A work horse. It has a nylon brush tip, and offers a smooth and powerful line but can also give you fun expressive lines too. Jake has been drawing with this pen for years and it holds up to a beating, yet will still give you a fine delicate line if you need it. Jake highly recommends it.
Hammermill Paper, Premium Color Copy Cover Cardstock 80lb Paper: It has a smooth finish that's great for inking and markers. Warps with watercolor.
